Wales are sweating on the fitness of scrum-half Mike Phillips ahead of their autumn internationals.
The British and Irish Lion picked up a serious looking knee injury during the first half of Ospreys' 25-24 Heineken Cup win over Clermont on Sunday.
"We are not sure if it is a bone or ligament injury," revealed coach Sean Holley.
"He tried to carry on and clearly it wasn't responding so we will have to wait and see."
Wales coach Warren Gatland is already be without injured Ospreys duo Lee Byrne (foot) and Adam Jones (shoulder) for the upcoming games against New Zealand, Samoa, Argentina and Australia.
